From the 1st May 2016, Melanie will be moving to IT Services as Loughborough's Head of Learning Technologies and Digital Innovation, leading the Learning Technologies Group.
Melanie King is the Head of the Centre, ensuring that activities are aligned with the aims and objectives of the Schools and coordinating internal activities and projects as well as externally funded work.
Melanie has a background in design and development as it applies to many areas from hands-on technology development, research and evaluation to the design, delivery and management of information and support systems for staff and students at Loughborough University and beyond.
Having worked as a Learning Technologist at Loughborough University since 1997 she is also an experienced IT project manager has worked with many other HE institutions and organisations on several national level projects.
Melanie is currently nearing completion of a Phd via publications. Click here to see research interests.
